BACKGROUND
Fackförbundet ST is Sweden’s only union that solely focuses on organizing employees within state agencies. When the members, that work with support and service to the citizens, are able to be fully dedicated to their work tasks they are a positive force to be reckoned with. Because of 2020’s upcoming collective bargaining they now need to mobilize their members.
WHAT WE DID
The members of Fackförbundet ST are the backbone of Sweden. “When you’re doing well, Sweden’s doing well” is a concept that turns the spotlights behind the scenes of Swedish well fare to make the general public aware of the importance of the employees and the working conditions within state agencies.
