Our Business Coaching process is an excellent support in all kinds of leadership situations, both when everything is going smoothly and when the clouds of worry are gathering. In all situations, business coaching is about increasing awareness of your personal resources. Together, we make your behavior patterns visible and analyze how they affect your leadership. Business Coaching helps our clients develop their capacity for self-reflection and identify any limiting perceptions. - The goal is to achieve lasting improvement changes. We work with, and in, the client's reality and we focus on results-driven actions. The work of change must never stop at beautiful words. Therefore, we want to strengthen our client's self-esteem, performance and well-being. We want to make sure that every company that wants to achieve its business goals will benefit from our business coaching. The Business Coaching process includes:. - goal definition - current state definition - an action plan based on the client's unique challenges and strengths - ends with an evaluation based on agreed indicators The process consist of 5 session à 60 min and planned support by mail or phone during the process period. The time span of the process is determined in consultation with the client. From experience, we know that the threshold can be high for driven leaders to set aside time for coaching.
